Meet Will, a distinguished cardiac physiologist with a rich background in all facets of diagnostic cardiology. After honing his skills at prominent hospitals in the UK, Will relocated to New Zealand ten years ago. In that time, he has developed extensive expertise in cardiac ultrasound for both adults and children.

In 2021, Will founded CardioLabs with a mission - to enhance community access to crucial cardiac testing. His vision involves close collaboration with GPs in primary health, ensuring patients have swift access to diagnostic testing. Depending on the results, GPs can efficiently manage patients within the primary health setting or make referrals to specialists with attached results. This strategic approach aims to expedite care pathways, diminish waitlists, lower ED admissions, and curtail unnecessary hospital referrals, ultimately leading to improved patient outcomes.

Meet Nikita, a dedicated cardiac sonographer with a passion for cardiology since 2017. After refining her expertise in cardiac physiology and echocardiography at Auckland City Hospital, she’s returned to her hometown of Wellington to elevate patient care at CardioLabs. Known for her compassionate approach, Nikita ensures every patient feels at ease during their cardiac assessments.

Meet Susan, a graduate of the University of Otago, who embarked on her Cardiology journey at Wellington Hospital. Since 2014, Susan has been working as a Consultant Cardiologist at Hutt Hospital. While her passion encompasses all facets of general Cardiology, Susan holds a special interest in the realms of cardiac imaging, specialising in echocardiography and cardiac CT.
